requested item is not available in stock. When can I get it?

If the goods are not currently in stock, you will see the current availability directly for each size. The most often delivery term is approx. 3 weeks after order confirmation (invoice payment).

Tailored production?

Standard underwear sizes are produced according to Size charts.
When a nonstandard size is requested, we can customize the design to your figure. Please, let us know chest, waist and hip measures, figure height is subsidiary. In case of marked difference of figure height (+ 20 cm), please, state size code and also figure height in your order. Size tables

Is any special maintenance of CLEVERTEX® underwear required?

Our CleverTex^® underwear does not need any special maintenance. Please, keep basic recommended guide for maintenance according to symbols for case on he underwear label. Wash separately up to max. 40°C, use normal/gentle cycle of tumble drying, iron using medium temperature setting, professional cleaning can be applied as well. service life?

Under the normal wearing conditions, meeting all service instructions and recommendations of the producer, CleverTex^® underwear is characterized by long service life. Functional properties are permanent, as they are built in the fibres; they are not affected by wearing and repeated washing and drying.

Possible change of size?

In case the size of standard underwear is not suitable for you, please, contact us to agree back sending and possible replacement for the other size. Such procedure is generally excluded in case of customized production according to specific needs.
