Nové skvělé materiály s fotoluminiscenční vyzařovací schopností zvyšují viditelnost a bezpečnost nositele.

Rozšířili jsme vzorník barev jednolícní ESD pleteniny - nyní výběr z 15 barev!    Nově  TYRKYSOVÁ, LIMETKOVÁ, VERY PERI, ŠVESKOVÁ, RŮŽOVÁ

Pro děti s kožními problémy a citlivou pokožkou byly vyvinuty s odborníky z oblasti medicíny -  dermatologie a textilu ochranné funkční roušky s permanentní antibakteriální a antivirovou účinností. Hlavní přínosy multifunkčních ústní roušky pro děti s kožními problémy přináší aplikace funkčních textilních materiálů, které mají nedráždivé účinky a prodyšnost odpovídající fyziologii dětí.

Materiály mají dobré užitné vlastnosti s možností snadné údržby a dezinfekce. Alternativní řešení v podobě sofistikovaného nákrčníku zajišťuje atraktivní design multifunkční roušky pro snížení estetického, sociálního a psychologického dopadu na postižené děti s kožním onemocněním. Funkční tunelový nákrčník představuje účelné ergonomické řešení a univerzální velikost. Účelný tvar umožňuje, že se materiál bezprostředně nedotýká kůže na obličeji a nedochází ke tření. V případě kožních problémů omezuje podráždění a vyvolání alergie.

Pro ochranu proti viru COVID-19 je možné dle typu použitého filtru docílit ochrany proti viru Třídy II dle normy EN 14683 s použitím nanofiltru ochrany třídy FFP2 dle normy EN 149.

After three years, our company VUB a.s again got the chance to actively participate in very important European trade fair Techtextil 22 in Frankfurt am Main

Thanks to the Clutex - Cluster Technical Textiles, which organized and arranged a joint stand of Czech companies active in production and application of technical textiles, we could again use the opportunity to bring back and present our company to very large audience, to meet our business partners “face to face” again, because personal contacts play a very important role in business relations and we consider them almost irreplaceable.

However, not only from this point of view, we consider the exhibition days successful for us.

We have very appreciated the large number of international customers as well as current business partners and with pleasure we presented them at Techtextil 22 our products and results of research and innovative work.

In cooperation with our partners from academic and production sphere we have developed many interesting products over the past years, which we offer and sell under for our own brand Clevertex. For the presentation at the fair, we brought a wide range of ESD protective clothing for the electrotechnical industry and for each workers dealing with electrostatic discharge sensitive components.

Another product line of the Clevertex brand represent wearable skincare textile products with antiseptic effects based on purely natural textile materials.

Considerable attention of our visitors was paid to our advanced solutions for smart textiles and e-textiles products esp. electrically conductive hybrid threads based on ultrafine metallic micro-wires. A significant advantage of these threads lies in their full compatibility with standard textile manufacturing processes, and possibility of customization in terms of fineness, electrical conductivity and temperature resistance of individual thread.

As an example of one of the applications of conductive threads, we demonstrated different types of woven elastic conductive ribbons, which could be used as bus bars or as textile conductors wherever a variable length of conductive element is required without the negative influence on their electrical resistance during the change the length.

We are already looking forward to the next Techtextil 2024.
